In 1981 Ampudio Suarez founded the concrete company with eight trucks and a rented office in a small trailer. Mrs. Neida Suarez handled the paperwork at the beginning while still operating another family business. When Ampuido died in 1986, the 5′ 5″ tall widow was left to run the company by herself.

Due to the long hours that Mrs. Suarez dedicated to company, she welcomed her two sons, Bernardo and Sergio into the family business. This was to allow the for growth and expansion.

In April 1989, the company moved to its permanent facility at 9500 N.W. 109th St. in Medley, Florida She has been personally involved with all of the aspect of the development and creation. The company owns more than 20 trucks, with more than 35 employee, servicing concrete in Dade and Broward counties.

Mrs. Suarez is one of the first Latin-Woman owned concrete plants in Florida. She has never forgotten the trust given to her as a Minority Business Owner and has always been responsive to the needs of the community that she operates in.
